AND NOT JUST DINNERS. IN BASECAMPS, WITH THE TIME YOU HAVE, THERE’S NO REASON TO JUST LIVE OFF RYE BREAD AND CHEESE WHEN YOU COULD BE ALSO EATING PAD THAI OR BAGELS OR SUSHI.

3) EAT WHAT WORKS
